Welcome to Ponto Seguro. We're happy to help you with your security needs here in Brazil. Like any good business, we have a few simple rules, or 'terms,' for how we do things. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. We want everything to be clear, like a crisp, ice-green morning sky, so there are no surprises. About Ponto Seguro and Our Services

Ponto Seguro is a local security company based in Maringá, Brazil. We install security systems, intercoms, and access control for homes and businesses. When you hire us, you're asking us to provide these services honestly and effectively. We promise to do our best work to keep your property safe.

Quotes and Payments

When you ask us for a price, we'll give you a clear estimate for the work. This quote will explain what's included. Once we agree, that's the price we stick to, unless you ask for extra work later. We'll tell you about payment schedules upfront, usually a deposit to start and the rest when we finish the job. We accept common payment methods here in Brazil, like bank transfers or cash. All prices are in Brazilian Reais (R$). Our prices are fair and reflect the quality of our local service.

Your Job to Help Us

For us to do our best work, we need a bit of help from you. This means giving us access to your property when we need to install or service equipment. Please also make sure the work area is reasonably clear. If you have any specific concerns about your property or what you want from the system, tell us clearly before we start. This helps us get it right the first time.

Our Work and the Equipment

We use reliable equipment for all our security systems, intercoms, and access control. We promise our installation work will be done right. If you have any problems with the equipment we installed or our workmanship, let us know right away. We stand behind our local work and will come to fix things that are our responsibility or issues with the equipment we supplied, according to the warranty details in your service agreement. We want you to feel secure and satisfied.

What We Can't Promise

While our systems are designed to make your property safer, no security system can guarantee 100% protection from all crime or incidents. We provide tools to reduce risk and help deter trouble, but we can't be held responsible for actions by third parties like criminals, or for damages caused by things like power outages, internet failures not related to our setup, or natural events like floods. Our job is to install and maintain the system; your security ultimately also depends on how you use it and other factors beyond our control.

If There's a Problem

We really hope you're happy with our service. But if something isn't right, please talk to us first. We're a local business, and we want to solve problems directly and fairly. We Might Update These Terms
